I've purchased account about half a year ago and at that moment I had no access to my daughter's phone so I've gave up but yesterday I've connected support and it appeared that my account is already expered I forgot to frose it, but Morgan was so kind to renew it for free. This is the first time I am dealing with online software. Agents in Live chat are patient and effective. I have paid for additional service and specialist under nickname Morgan Lewis programmed phone for me. 1

I was able to chat with Customer Service Rep, Hannah, who was able to get me exactly what I needed. That being said, I haven't had the chance to check everything out on my 'account', and upload everything, but she was easy and efficient to work with.

Was having trouble trying to follow downloading instructions (I guess phone to new..idk) However, Alex and Andrew through tech support were super patient and awesome to work with. We were able to get everything solved in a matter of moments. These guys are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

My experience with Wintego spy support agent costs 5 stars and even more. Mr. Morgan waited for me in chat for more than an hour, until I will manage to find better Internet connection and spent with me two more hours, until everyrhing was done. I appreciate this. Best Customer Service and fantastic product! I just spent over an hour and a half with Live Chat Tech who was by far the most patient and understanding person I have ever encountered! I am not a "techy" person, so the process was a bit challenging for me. However, Mike Hoover was fantastic! I was experiencing some difficulties with the app because I did not install it properly. I contacted the support team and Alex Scott connected to my phone and resolved the problem in just a few minutes. Very prompt and professional service from Mr Alex Scott.

Alex Scott from the tech department was really helpful, the app itself needs to work out some smaller issues but in general a really good app and it works for my purposes really well.

I did a lot of research trying to find a legit service like this. This one is legit and all of the customer service reps have been very helpful. I just recently had an issue because of my mistake and it was worked out quite well by Jan Herschman. Very worthwhile product.

I was stressing over the installation process.Iy would not download no matter how many times I tried. Jan Herschman was totally a lifesaver..she completed the process .I got disconnected a couple of times because I was hitting the wrong buttons..but she remembered me and would pick right back up where we left off..her instructions were easy to understand and the process was precise friendly and complete..very happy with her assistance

The support for this company is absolutely amazing, as well as, the product itself. I started off with the 7-day premium trial. Immediately after installing all the data came onto my dashboard in a timely manner and was correct. The phone I am monitoring can not be rooted so some of the premium features do not work for me, but everything else works seamlessly. The only con is the price point so, after my trial, I went with Spyzie as it stated it did not need to be rooted and the price point was much lower. I thought these seem to be very similar products there could not be that much difference. WRONG. Within an hour I could already tell Wintego spy was a superior product. The data was coming up incorrect and over the last day or so I have noticed how inconsistent the data received is. There have been text messages that still have not been synced as well as the keylogger being hit or miss. Also, the contacts on the phone did not sync correctly so it would show numbers as unknown which they were not. That is a big deal as in this day and age remembering numbers is a thing of the past and I would have to cross-check every call and text. Which makes more work for me. I have not had that issue with Wintego spy, everything that should be monitored on the phone is transmitted to the dashboard with no missing data so far and it shows what texts are deleted off the phone as well. All contacts synced correctly and show accordingly with texts and calls. I immediately requested a refund from Spyzie and contacted Wintego spy to reinstall the software. With all that being said I cannot review how the premium features preform on a rooted device. Spyzie did, however, offer a few things that Wintego spy did not which was smart capture that take a screenshot when a selected application was opened and a very nice timeline that showed all the days activities in one place.

First of all, I sincerely thank to all Wintego spy support team including Mr. Ben Ganz and Mr. Jan Herschman. They have a really helpful technical team. They supported me at every stage. I am really sincere, the technical teams are very helpful and find answers and solutions very quickly. Mr. Ben Ganz and Mr. Jan Herschman were interested in my problems for hours, and they spoke very friendly language :). Thank you very much, I'm glad you're there ...As long as you have technical teams like Ben Ganz and Jan Herschman, you will be really successful, you will come to much better places, I will recommend your application to everyone, you can be sure of that, you are really good ...

I already bought 2 years. This system is the best on the market. I would also like to comment that the user assistance service is fantastic. Even though I spoke in another language, I managed to be very well attended. I recommend buying without fear.

Moreover, this program is really an excellent means of contracing the activities and locations of my now teenage son. We're finding it a little difficult to root your phone, but we're confident we can fix it as soon as possible...

I purchased the technical support and it is worth every penny. I am a middle age female with little IT knowledge and I don't think I could navigate the complexity of installing and rooting the apps without technical support essentially doing it for me. So far, all my questions were answered and the installation went smoothly. It takes some time to work with their experts to get things up and running but I will now be able to use monitoring platform and I will return to review this in coming weeks.Today I was assisted by Michael Frost. He spent well over an hour with me on chat trying to find a way to make sure everything fit what my needs with the most affordable options. He went so far above and beyond I couldn't possibly convey it all in a single review. He demonstrated a high level of product knowledge, pricing information, and impeccable customer service. I don't think I've ever had such excellent assistance in any kind of customer service in my life. To his employers, feel free to contact me if you'd like more details, but to summarize - give this person a promotion and raise. Immediately. You won't find many CSRs like him.

This software has allowed us to know our young person is safe as they struggle to understand the dangers on social media and we are ab le to talk through each potential risk as and when we see it to try and help them work towards keeping themselves safe.
